Joovv currently lists a 60 day return period and a two year limited warranty for its Generation 3.0 modular devices. Returns require approval and original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility under the published policy.

The Go currently has a 30 day return period and one year limited warranty. Joovv states that opened or used Go returns within the period are subject to a $50 restocking fee.
